Existential Psychotherapy for Expats in Europe

May we learn to return And rest in the beauty Of animal being,  Learn to lean low, Leave our locked minds, And with freed senses  Feel the earth Breathing with us.

Emily Corrie Existential Psychotherapist

Are you living your life in a dream, rather than living your dream life?

Maybe you look around and notice that you've been sleep-walking through the last few years; unaware of the changing seasons, preoccupied by practical tasks, weighed down by responsibility, duties, and expectations. You haven't forgotten about the life you dreamed of living; it's an idea always simmering, quietly, but it's shrouded in fear.

As an existential psychotherapist, my work is inspired by the same kinds of questions that fuel me in my own life: How should I live? What does it mean to live life "well"?

My role as a therapist is to focus my attention and energy entirely on you. Together we will examine how you are living your life, so that you might gain new perspectives and find the confidence and motivation to live in conscience and with purpose!

My training is in existential psychotherapy. My research interests are creativity (and specifically, writing), and nature's role in wellbeing.

I live my life with the rhythms of the seasons. I run an organic, traditional farm in France. My background is a mix of journalism, photography, horse training, guiding rock climbing, and various other things.

I offer therapy online to individuals across the EU and UK.
